On behalf of the Organizing committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to attend the 2005 International Conference on Dependable Systems and Networks (DSN-2005), the leading international conference on dependability. This year, the conference is being held in Yokohama, Japan, from June 28th to July 1st.

Privacy and anonymity are increasingly important in the online world. Corporations, governments, and other organizations are realizing and exploiting their power to track users and their behavior, and restrict the ability to publish or retrieve documents. Approaches to protecting individuals, groups, but also companies and governments from such profiling and censorship include decentralization, encryption, distributed trust, and automated policy disclosure.

ACSAC brings together cutting-edge researchers, with a broad cross-section of security professionals drawn from academia, industry, and government, gathered to present and discuss the latest security results and topics. With peer reviewed technical papers, invited talks, panels, national interest discussions, workshops, and professional development and training courses, ACSAC continues its core mission of investigating practical solutions for computer security technology.

This year's ACSAC will be held at Hilton Tucson El Conquistador in Tucson, Arizona.

The 2004 Internet Measurement Conference is a two and a half day event focusing on Internet measurement and analysis, following on the successes of the 2001 and 2002 Internet Measurement Workshop and the 2003 Internet Measurement Conference. This year's conference will take place in Taormina, Sicily, Italy on October 25-27.

The Computer Security Foundations Workshop was held during June 28--30, 2004 in Pacific Grove, California. This is an annual workshop with the purpose of "bring[ing] together researchers to explore fundamental issues in computer security." Every year since its inception, the workshop has been limited to forty participants, the majority of whom present papers or speak on panels. The setting is informal with plenty of time for technical discussion.

The Asiacrypt Conferences are series of annual meetings on high quality research in cryptology. Asiacrypt 2003 is organized by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR) in cooperation with National Cheng Kung University(NCKU) and the Chinese Cryptology and Information Security Association (CCISA) in Taiwan.

Asiacrypt 2003 will be held from November 30 to December 4, 2003, in the Grand Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan.

ACSAC brings together cutting-edge researchers, with a broad cross-section of security professionals drawn from academia, industry, and government, gathered to present and discuss the latest security results and topics. With peer reviewed technical papers, invited talks, panels, national interest discussions, workshops, and professional development and training courses, ACSAC continues its core mission of investigating practical solutions for computer security technology.

The 2nd Internet Measurement Workshop was a two and a half day event held in Marseille, France, November 6-8, 2002, sponsored by ACM SIGCOMM and co-sponsored by USENIX. The workshop focussed on Internet measurement and analysis. Attendance was limited by the size of the meeting facilities to 100 participants.

This is an annual workshop with the purpose of "bring[ing] together researchers to explore fundamental issues in computer security." Every year since its inception, the workshop has been limited to forty participants, the majority of whom present papers or speak on panels.
