Intelligent Systems for Personal Data Cyber Security is a critical component of the Personal Information Management of Medicaid Enterprises. Intelligent Systems for Personal Data Cyber Security combines components of Cyber Security Systems with Human-Computer Interaction. It also uses the technology and principles applied to the Internet of Things. The use of software-hardware concepts and solutions presented in this report is, in the authors’ opinion, some step in the working-out of the Intelligent Systems for Personal Data Cyber Security in Medicaid Enterprises. These concepts may also be useful for developers of these types of systems.

Pan, G., He, J., Wu, Q., Fang, R., Cao, J., Liao, D..  2018.  Automatic stabilization of Zigbee network. 2018 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data (ICAIBD). :224–227.

We present an intelligent system that focus on how to ensure the stability of ZigBee network automatically. First, we discussed on the character of ZigBee compared with WIFI. Pointed out advantage of ZigBee resides in security, stability, low power consumption and better expandability. Second, figuring out the shortcomings of ZigBee on application is that physical limitation of the frequency band and weak ability on diffraction, especially coming across a wall or a door in the actual environment of home. The third, to put forward a method which can be used to ensure the strength of ZigBee signal. The method is to detect the strength of ZigBee relay in advance. And then, to compare it with the threshold value which had been defined in previous. The threshold value of strength of ZigBee is the minimal and tolerable value which can ensure stable transmission of ZigBee. If the detected value is out of the range of threshold, system will prompt up warning message which can be used to hint user to add ZigBee reply between the original ZigBee node and ZigBee gateway.

P..  2017.  Intelligent System for Automatic Performance Evaluation of Distribution System Operators. 2017 19th International Conference on Intelligent System Application to Power Systems (ISAP). :1–6.
The performance evaluation of distribution network operators is essential for the electrical utilities to know how prepared the operators are to execute their operation standards and rules, searching for minimizing the time of power outage, after some contingency. The performance of operators can be evaluated by the impact of their actions on several technical and economic indicators of the distribution system. This issue is a complex problem, whose solution involves necessarily some expertise and a multi-criteria evaluation. This paper presents a Tutorial Expert System (TES) for performance evaluation of electrical distribution network operators after a given contingency in the electrical network. The proposed TES guides the evaluation process, taking into account technical, economic and personal criteria, aiding the quantification of these criteria. A case study based on real data demonstrates the applicability of the performance evaluation procedure of distribution network operators.

Babiker, M., Khalifa, O. O., Htike, K. K., Hassan, A., Zaharadeen, M..  2017.  Automated daily human activity recognition for video surveillance using neural network. 2017 IEEE 4th International Conference on Smart Instrumentation, Measurement and Application (ICSIMA). :1–5.

Surveillance video systems are gaining increasing attention in the field of computer vision due to its demands of users for the seek of security. It is promising to observe the human movement and predict such kind of sense of movements. The need arises to develop a surveillance system that capable to overcome the shortcoming of depending on the human resource to stay monitoring, observing the normal and suspect event all the time without any absent mind and to facilitate the control of huge surveillance system network. In this paper, an intelligent human activity system recognition is developed. Series of digital image processing techniques were used in each stage of the proposed system, such as background subtraction, binarization, and morphological operation. A robust neural network was built based on the human activities features database, which was extracted from the frame sequences. Multi-layer feed forward perceptron network used to classify the activities model in the dataset. The classification results show a high performance in all of the stages of training, testing and validation. Finally, these results lead to achieving a promising performance in the activity recognition rate.

Kaelbling, L. P., Lozano-Pérez, T..  2017.  Learning composable models of parameterized skills. 2017 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA). :886–893.

There has been a great deal of work on learning new robot skills, but very little consideration of how these newly acquired skills can be integrated into an overall intelligent system. A key aspect of such a system is compositionality: newly learned abilities have to be characterized in a form that will allow them to be flexibly combined with existing abilities, affording a (good!) combinatorial explosion in the robot's abilities. In this paper, we focus on learning models of the preconditions and effects of new parameterized skills, in a form that allows those actions to be combined with existing abilities by a generative planning and execution system.

Meltsov, V. Y., Lesnikov, V. A., Dolzhenkova, M. L..  2017.  Intelligent system of knowledge control with the natural language user interface. 2017 International Conference "Quality Management,Transport and Information Security, Information Technologies" (IT QM IS). :671–675.
This electronic document is a “live” template and already defines the components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] in its style sheet. The paper considers the possibility and necessity of using in modern control and training systems with a natural language interface methods and mechanisms, characteristic for knowledge processing systems. This symbiosis assumes the introduction of specialized inference machines into the testing systems. For the effective operation of such an intelligent interpreter, it is necessary to “translate” the user's answers into one of the known forms of the knowledge representation, for example, into the expressions (rules) of the first-order predicate calculus. A lexical processor, performing morphological, syntactic and semantic analysis, solves this task. To simplify further work with the rules, the Skolem-transformation is used, which allows to get rid of quantifiers and to present semantic structures in the form of sequents (clauses, disjuncts). The basic principles of operation of the inference machine are described, which is the main component of the developed intellectual subsystem. To improve the performance of the machine, one of the fastest methods was chosen - a parallel method of deductive inference based on the division of clauses. The parallelism inherent in the method, and the use of the dataflow architecture, allow parallel computations in the output machine to be implemented without additional effort on the part of the programmer. All this makes it possible to reduce the time for comparing the sequences stored in the knowledge base by several times as compared to traditional inference mechanisms that implement various versions of the principle of resolutions. Formulas and features of the technique of numerical estimation of the user's answers are given. In general, the development of the human-computer dialogue capabilities in test systems- through the development of a specialized module for processing knowledge, will increase the intelligence of such systems and allow us to directly consider the semantics of sentences, more accurately determine the relevance of the user's response to standard knowledge and, ultimately, get rid of the skeptical attitude of many managers to machine testing systems.

Alimolaei, S..  2015.  An intelligent system for user behavior detection in Internet Banking. 2015 4th Iranian Joint Congress on Fuzzy and Intelligent Systems (CFIS). :1–5.

Security and making trust is the first step toward development in both real and virtual societies. Internet-based development is inevitable. Increasing penetration of technology in the internet banking and its effectiveness in contributing to banking profitability and prosperity requires that satisfied customers turn into loyal customers. Currently, a large number of cyber attacks have been focused on online banking systems, and these attacks are considered as a significant security threat. Banks or customers might become the victim of the most complicated financial crime, namely internet fraud. This study has developed an intelligent system that enables detecting the user's abnormal behavior in online banking. Since the user's behavior is associated with uncertainty, the system has been developed based on the fuzzy theory, This enables it to identify user behaviors and categorize suspicious behaviors with various levels of intensity. The performance of the fuzzy expert system has been evaluated using an receiver operating characteristic curve, which provides the accuracy of 94%. This expert system is optimistic to be used for improving e-banking services security and quality.
