Documents are a common method of storing infor-mation and one of the most conventional forms of expression of ideas. Cloud servers store a user's documents with thousands of other users in place of physical storage devices. Indexes corresponding to the documents are also stored at the cloud server to enable the users to retrieve documents of their interest. The index includes keywords, document identities in which the keywords appear, along with Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) values which reflect the keywords' relevance scores of the dataset. Currently, there are no efficient methods to delete keywords from millions of documents over cloud servers while avoiding any compromise to the user's privacy. Most of the existing approaches use algorithms that divide a bigger problem into sub-problems and then combine them like divide and conquer problems. These approaches don't focus entirely on fine-grained deletion. This work is focused on achieving fine-grained deletion of keywords by keeping the size of the TF-IDF matrix constant after processing the deletion query, which comprises of keywords to be deleted. The experimental results of the proposed approach confirm that the precision of ranked search still remains very high after deletion without recalculation of the TF-IDF matrix.

Marichamy, V. S., Natarajan, V..  2020.  A Study of Big Data Security on a Partitional Clustering Algorithm with Perturbation Technique. 2020 International Conference on Smart Electronics and Communication (ICOSEC). :482—486.

Partitional Clustering Algorithm (PCA) on the Hadoop Distributed File System is to perform big data securities using the Perturbation Technique is the main idea of the proposed work. There are numerous clustering methods available that are used to categorize the information from the big data. PCA discovers the cluster based on the initial partition of the data. In this approach, it is possible to develop a security safeguarding of data that is impoverished to allow the calculations and communication. The performances were analyzed on Health Care database under the studies of various parameters like precision, accuracy, and F-score measure. The outcome of the results is to demonstrate that this method is used to decrease the complication in preserving privacy and better accuracy than that of the existing techniques.

Hamid, Yasir, Sugumaran, M., Journaux, Ludovic.  2016.  Machine Learning Techniques for Intrusion Detection: A Comparative Analysis. Proceedings of the International Conference on Informatics and Analytics. :53:1–53:6.

With the growth of internet world has transformed into a global market with all monetary and business exercises being carried online. Being the most imperative resource of the developing scene, it is the vulnerable object and hence needs to be secured from the users with dangerous personality set. Since the Internet does not have focal surveillance component, assailants once in a while, utilizing varied and advancing hacking topologies discover a path to bypass framework's security and one such collection of assaults is Intrusion. An intrusion is a movement of breaking into the framework by compromising the security arrangements of the framework set up. The technique of looking at the system information for the conceivable intrusions is known intrusion detection. For the last two decades, automatic intrusion detection system has been an important exploration point. Till now researchers have developed Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) with the capability of detecting attacks in several available environments; latest on the scene are Machine Learning approaches. Machine learning techniques are the set of evolving algorithms that learn with experience, have improved performance in the situations they have already encountered and also enjoy a broad range of applications in speech recognition, pattern detection, outlier analysis etc. There are a number of machine learning techniques developed for different applications and there is no universal technique that can work equally well on all datasets. In this work, we evaluate all the machine learning algorithms provided by Weka against the standard data set for intrusion detection i.e. KddCupp99. Different measurements contemplated are False Positive Rate, precision, ROC, True Positive Rate.
