Wang, Xiaozhen.  2019.  Study on E-government Information Security in the Era of Big Data. 2019 IEEE 4th Advanced Information Technology, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IAEAC). 1:2492—2496.

The government in the era of big data requires safer infrastructure, information storage and data application. As a result, security threats will be the bottleneck for e-government development. Based on the e-government hierarchy model, this thesis focuses on such information security threats as human effects, network technology defects and management deficiency facing the e-government system in the era of big data. On this basis, three solutions are put forward to improve e-government information security system. Firstly, enhance information security awareness and improve network technology of information management departments in the government; secondly, conduct proper information encryption by ensuring information confidentiality and identity authentication; thirdly, implement strict information management through isolation between intranet and extranet and united planning of e-government information management.

Today, data is all around us, every device that has computation power is generating the data and we can assume that in today's world there is about 2 quintillion bytes of data is been generating every day. as data increase in the database of the world servers so as the risk of data leak where we are talking about unlimited confidential data that is available online but as humans are developing their data online so as its security, today we've got hundreds of way to secure out data but not all are very successful or compatible there the big question arises that how to secure our data to hide our all the confidential information online, in other words one's all life work can be found online which is on risk of leak. all that says is today we have cloud above all of our data centers that stores all the information so that one can access anything from anywhere. in this paper we are introducing a new multimodal biometric system that is possible for the future smartphones to be supported where one can upload, download or modify the files using cloud without worrying about the unauthorized access of any third person as this security authentication uses combination of multiple security system available today that are not easy to breach such as DNA encryption which mostly is based on AES cipher here in this paper there we have designed triple layer of security.

Arslan, B., Ulker, M., Akleylek, S., Sagiroglu, S..  2018.  A Study on the Use of Quantum Computers, Risk Assessment and Security Problems. 2018 6th International Symposium on Digital Forensic and Security (ISDFS). :1–6.

In the computer based solutions of the problems in today's world; if the problem has a high complexity value, different requirements can be addressed such as necessity of simultaneous operation of many computers, the long processing times for the operation of algorithms, and computers with hardware features that can provide high performance. For this reason, it is inevitable to use a computer based on quantum physics in the near future in order to make today's cryptosystems unsafe, search the servers and other information storage centers on internet very quickly, solve optimization problems in the NP-hard category with a very wide solution space and analyze information on large-scale data processing and to process high-resolution image for artificial intelligence applications. In this study, an examination of quantum approaches and quantum computers, which will be widely used in the near future, was carried out and the areas in which such innovation can be used was evaluated. Malicious or non-malicious use of quantum computers with this capacity, the advantages and disadvantages of the high performance which it provides were examined under the head of security, the effect of this recent technology on the existing security systems was investigated.

Che, H., Liu, Q., Zou, L., Yang, H., Zhou, D., Yu, F..  2017.  A Content-Based Phishing Email Detection Method. 2017 IEEE International Conference on Software Quality, Reliability and Security Companion (QRS-C). :415–422.

Phishing emails have affected users seriously due to the enormous increasing in numbers and exquisite camouflage. Users spend much more effort on distinguishing the email properties, therefore current phishing email detection system demands more creativity and consideration in filtering for users. The proposed research tries to adopt creative computing in detecting phishing emails for users through a combination of computing techniques and social engineering concepts. In order to achieve the proposed target, the fraud type is summarised in social engineering criteria through literature review; a semantic web database is established to extract and store information; a fuzzy logic control algorithm is constructed to allocate email categories. The proposed approach will help users to distinguish the categories of emails, furthermore, to give advice based on different categories allocation. For the purpose of illustrating the approach, a case study will be presented to simulate a phishing email receiving scenario.
