By analogy to nature, sight is the main integral component of robotic complexes, including unmanned vehicles. In this connection, one of the urgent tasks in the modern development of unmanned vehicles is the solution to the problem of providing security for new advanced systems, algorithms, methods, and principles of space navigation of robots. In the paper, we present an approach to the protection of machine vision systems based on technologies of deep learning. At the heart of the approach lies the “Feature Squeezing” method that works on the phase of model operation. It allows us to detect “adversarial” examples. Considering the urgency and importance of the target process, the features of unmanned vehicle hardware platforms and also the necessity of execution of tasks on detecting of the objects in real-time mode, it was offered to carry out an additional simple computational procedure of localization and classification of required objects in case of crossing a defined in advance threshold of “adversarial” object testing.
The paper is devoted to analysis of condition of executing devices and sensors of Industrial Control Systems information security. The work contains structures of industrial control systems divided into groups depending on system's layer. The article contains the analysis of analog interfaces work and work features of data transmission protocols in industrial control system field layer. Questions about relevance of industrial control systems information security, both from the point of view of the information security occurring incidents, and from the point of view of regulators' reaction in the form of normative legal acts, are described. During the analysis of the information security systems of industrial control systems a possibility of leakage through technical channels of information leakage at the field layer was found. Potential vectors of the attacks on devices of field layer and data transmission network of an industrial control system are outlined in the article. The relevance analysis of the threats connected with the attacks at the field layer of an industrial control system is carried out, feature of this layer and attractiveness of this kind of attacks is observed.
Among the threats to information systems of state institutions, enterprises and financial organizations of particular importance are those originating from organized criminal groups that specialize in obtaining unauthorized access to the computer information protected by law. Criminal groups often possess a material base including financial, technical, human and other resources that allow to perform targeted attacks on information resources as secretly as possible. The principal features of such targeted attacks are the use of software created or modified specifically for use in illegal purposes with respect to specific organizations. Due to these circumstances, the detection of such attacks is quite difficult, and their prevention is even more complicated. In this regard, the task of identifying and analyzing such threats is very relevant. One effective way to solve it is to implement the Honeypot system, which allows to research the strategy and tactics of the attackers. In the present article, there is proposed the original architecture of the Honeypot system designed to study targeted attacks on information systems of criminogenic objects. The architectural design includes such basic elements as the functional component, the registrar of events occurring in the system and the protector. The key features of the proposed Honeypot system are considered, and the functional purpose of its main components is described. The proposed system can find its application in providing information security of institutions, organizations and enterprises, it can be used in the development of information security systems.
