Polar codes are a talented coding technique with the ability to accomplish the discrete memoryless channel capacity for modern communication systems with high reliability, but it is not secured enough for such systems. A secured system counts on grouping polar codes with secret Mersenne- Twister pseudo-random number generator (MT PRNG) is presented in this paper. The proposed encoder security is deduced from the secret pre-shared initial state of MT PRNG which is considered as the crypto-system ciphering key. The generated sequences are random like and control the frozen bits' values and their indices in the polarized bit channels. When the decoding cipher key at the receiver has one-bit change from the original encoding cipher key, the receiver has an almost 0.5 BER probability. This means that the receiver, in this case, had no clue about the originally sent information data bits without prior knowledge of the utilized 232-bit ciphering key. Moreover, the security of the system can be enhanced by utilizing a pseudo-random number generator (PRBG) with longer seed to increase the system secrecy and decoding obscurity.

In recent years, the demand for high reliability in industrial wireless communication has been increasing. To meet the strict requirement, many researchers have studied various bit interleaving coding schemes for long packet transmission in industrial wireless networks. Current research shows that the use of bit interleaving structure can improve the performance of the communication system for long packet transmission, but to improve reliability of industrial wireless communications by combining the bit interleaving and channel coding for short packets still requires further analysis. With this aim, bit interleaving structure is applied to convolution code coding scheme for short packet transmission in this paper. We prove that the use of interleaver fail to improve the reliability of data transmission under the circumstance of short packet transmission.

Liu, Zhikun, Gui, Canzhi, Ma, Chao.  2019.  Design and Verification of Integrated Ship Monitoring Network with High Reliability and Zero-Time Self-Healing. 2019 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC). :2348–2351.
The realization principle of zero-time self-healing network communication technology is introduced. According to the characteristics of ship monitoring, an integrated ship monitoring network is designed, which integrates the information of ship monitoring equipment. By setting up a network performance test environment, the information delay of self-healing network switch is tested, and the technical characteristics of "no packet loss" are verified. Zero-time self-healing network communication technology is an innovative technology in the design of ship monitoring network. It will greatly reduce the laying of network cables, reduce the workload of information upgrade and transformation of ships, and has the characteristics of continuous maintenance of the network. It has a wide application prospect.
