Zhuoyu, Han, Yongzhen, Li.  2022.  Design and implementation of efficient hash functions. 2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Power, Electronics and Computer Applications (ICPECA). :1240—1243.
With the rapid popularity of the network, the development of information encryption technology has a significant role and significance in securing network security. The security of information has become an issue of concern to the whole society, and the study of cryptography has been increasingly concerned, and the hash function is the core of modern cryptography, the most common hash algorithms are MD5 series of algorithms, SHA series of algorithms. MD5 is a popular and excellent typical Hash encryption technology today, which is used for password management, electronic signature, spam screening. In this paper, we focus on the improved MD5 algorithm with more efficiency, focusing on the internal structure of MD5, and finally making it more efficient in retrieval.
Shafei, Raed.  2022.  Ibn Omar Hash Algorithm. 2022 14th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (CICN). :753—756.
A hash is a fixed-length output of some data that has been through a one-way function that cannot be reversed, called the hashing algorithm. Hashing algorithms are used to store secure information, such as passwords. They are stored as hashes after they have been through a hashing algorithm. Also, hashing algorithms are used to insure the checksum of certain data over the internet. This paper discusses how Ibn Omar's hashing algorithm will provide higher security for data than other hash functions used nowadays. Ibn Omar's hashing algorithm in produces an output of 1024 bits, four times as SHA256 and twice as SHA512. Ibn Omar's hashing algorithm reduces the vulnerability of a hash collision due to its size. Also, it would require enormous computational power to find a collision. There are eight salts per input. This hashing algorithm aims to provide high privacy and security for users.

Mobile ad hoc network (MANET) does not have fixed infrastructure centralized server which manage the connections between the nodes. Rather, the nodes in MANET move randomly. Thus, it is risky to exchange data between nodes because there is a high possibility of having malicious node in the path. In this paper, we will describe a new authentication technique using message digest 5 (MD5), hashing for dynamic MANET on demand protocol (DYMO) based on reinforcement learning. In addition, we will describe an encryption technique that can be used without the need for a third party to distribute a secret key. After implementing the suggested model, results showed a remarkable enhancement in securing the path by increasing the packet delivery ratio and average throughput. On the other hand, there was an increase in end to end delay due to time spent in cryptographic operations.

Data security is a primary concern for every communication system. Communication becomes an essential tool for any business, education, defense services etc. It is essential to transfer data safe and secure. At present, various cryptography algorithms have been proposed and implemented. Those algorithms are classified into symmetric and asymmetric algorithms based on the number of keys used. Even though several algorithms are used for data security, they are compromise the security at the certain period. Now the idea is to combine the several secure algorithms to provide a highly secure environment for data transmission. The algorithms that are going to be combined are AES symmetric cryptographic algorithm, RSA asymmetric algorithm and MD5 hashing algorithm. With these three algorithms, we can ensure three cryptography primitives confidentiality, authentication and integrity of data.

Kishore, N., Kapoor, B..  2014.  An efficient parallel algorithm for hash computation in security and forensics applications. Advance Computing Conference (IACC), 2014 IEEE International. :873-877.

Hashing algorithms are used extensively in information security and digital forensics applications. This paper presents an efficient parallel algorithm hash computation. It's a modification of the SHA-1 algorithm for faster parallel implementation in applications such as the digital signature and data preservation in digital forensics. The algorithm implements recursive hash to break the chain dependencies of the standard hash function. We discuss the theoretical foundation for the work including the collision probability and the performance implications. The algorithm is implemented using the OpenMP API and experiments performed using machines with multicore processors. The results show a performance gain by more than a factor of 3 when running on the 8-core configuration of the machine.

Patil, A., Pandit, R., Patel, S..  2014.  Implementation of security framework for multiple web applications. Computer Communication and Informatics (ICCCI), 2014 International Conference on. :1-7.

Single sign-on (SSO) is an identity management technique that provides users the ability to use multiple Web services with one set of credentials. However, when the authentication server is down or unavailable, users cannot access Web services, even if the services are operating normally. Therefore, enabling continuous use is important in single sign on. In this paper, we present security framework to overcome credential problems of accessing multiple web application. We explain system functionality with authorization and Authentication. We consider these methods from the viewpoint of continuity, security and efficiency makes the framework highly secure.
