The essence of network security is the asymmetric online confrontation with the partial observable cyber threats, which requires the defense ability against unexpected security incidents. The existing network intrusion detection systems are mostly static centralized structure, and usually faced with problems such as high pressure of central processing node, low fault tolerance, low damage resistance and high construction cost. In this paper, exploiting the advantage of collaborative decision-making of decentralized multiagent coordination, we design a collaborative cyber threat perception model, DI-MDPs, which is based on the decentralized coordination, and the core idea is initiative information interaction among agents. Then, we analysis the relevance and transformation conditions between the proposed model, then contribute a reinforcement learning algorithm HTI that takes advantage of the particular structure of DI-MDPs in which agent updates policies by learning both its local cognition and the additional information obtained through interaction. Finally, we compare and verify the performance of the designed algorithm under typical scenario setting.

In this work, we propose and demonstrate a multi-layer 3-dimensional (3D) vertical RRAM (VRRAM) PUF with in-cell stabilization scheme to improve both cost efficiency and reliability. An 8-layer VRRAM array was manufactured with excellent uniformity and good endurance of \textbackslashtextgreater107. Apart from the variation in RRAM resistance, enhanced randomness is obtained thanks to the parasitic IR drop and abundant sneak current paths in 3D VRRAM. To deal with the common issue of unstable bits in PUF output, in-cell stabilization is proposed by first employing asymmetric biasing to detect the unstable bits and then exploiting reprogramming to expand the deviation to stabilize the output. The bit error rate is reduced by \textbackslashtextgreater7X (68X) for 3(5) times reprogramming. The proposed PUF features excellent resistance against machine learning attack and passes both National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-22 and NIST 800-90B test suites.

A synthetic aperture radar (SAR) target detection method based on the fusion of multiscale superpixel segmentations is proposed in this paper. SAR images are segmented between land and sea firstly by using superpixel technology in different scales. Secondly, image segmentation results together with the constant false alarm rate (CFAR) detection result are coalesced. Finally, target detection is realized by fusing different scale results. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is tested on Sentinel-1A data.
