6th International Gran Canaria School on Deep Learning

DeepLearn 2022 Summer will be a research training event with a global scope aiming at updating participants on the most recent advances in the critical and fast developing area of deep learning.

Addressed to graduate students, postgraduate students and industry practitioners will be typical profiles of participants. However, there are no formal pre-requisites for attendance in terms of academic degrees, so people less or more advanced in their career will be welcome as well.

UAV's have the potential of replacing manned aircraft for dull, dirty, and dangerous missions. In addition, UAV's are less expensive than manned aircraft and pose no risk to human operators. Applications include remote sensing, search and rescue missions, border patrol, surveillance of disaster-affected areas, aerial photography, aerial mapping for geotechnical survey, vegetation growth analysis, crop dusting, and precision agriculture. The UAV industry is the fastest growing sector of the aerospace industry.

Cyber Defense Training Camp

During this seven day residential camp, rising 11th and 12th grade boys and girls learn and apply their skills in intermediate networking, programming, hacking, and more while learning about the careers in cybersecurity and cybersecurity options at the University of Maryland.

Cyber Defense Training Camp

Cyber Defense Training Camp is a 7-day residential summer program for rising junior and senior high school students. Participants will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of cybersecurity and gain practical skills through instruction by an experienced security professional. Students learn about career options in the field, take at least one field trip and hear from a variety of speakers to learn more about how to prepare to enter this exciting profession.
