Thanks to all of the participants for a very successful Tech Jam earlier this month. More than 250 people attended the event and hundreds more participated via webcast. Representatives of 34 existing teams presented and several new Action Clusters were created during the well-received working sessions.

In all, the Tech Jam was an exciting event that provided a clear illustration of the energy surrounding the deployment of IoT technologies, especially in a smart city environment.

What is next for the Global City Teams Challenge? GCTC Action Cluster teams are working hard to finalize their projects in anticipation of the GCTC Festival in June. Many of the Action Clusters have developed a one-slide summary of their projects, a collection of these one-sliders can be found on SlideShare.

In the meantime, join NIST partner US Ignite for the Smart Future Summit March 24-25 in Washington, DC where you will see live demonstrations of applications that use advanced networking and experience the future of the Internet!
