Car Follower M File

Good Day , i have two questions about the M file Car Follower

1- when running the algorithm it says at Matlab " invalid FIS ( Fuzzy inference System ) file name " what should i do to import the inference file ?

2- what is the functional of this algorithm is it to follow specific car in the scene or desired goal ?
