Petrenko, S. A., Vorobieva, D. E..  2019.  Method of Ensuring Cyber Resilience of Digital Platforms Based on Catastrophe Theory. 2019 XXII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)). :97—101.

This article presents the valuable experience and practical results of exploratory research by authors on the scientific problem of cyber-resilient (Cyber Resilience) critical information infrastructure in the previously unknown heterogeneous mass cyber attacks of attackers based on similarity invariants. It is essential that the results obtained significantly complement the well-known practices and recommendations of ISO 22301 (https://www.iso.org), MITER PR 15-1334 (www.mitre.org) and NIST SP 800-160 (www.nist.gov) in terms of developing quantitative metrics and cyber resistance measures. This allows you to open and formally present the ultimate law of the effectiveness of ensuring the cyber stability of modern systems of Industry 4.0. in the face of growing security threats.

The work proposes and justifies a processing algorithm of computer security incidents based on the author's signatures of cyberattacks. Attention is also paid to the design pattern SOPKA based on the Russian ViPNet technology. Recommendations are made regarding the establishment of the corporate segment SOPKA, which meets the requirements of Presidential Decree of January 15, 2013 number 31c “On the establishment of the state system of detection, prevention and elimination of the consequences of cyber-attacks on information resources of the Russian Federation” and “Concept of the state system of detection, prevention and elimination of the consequences of cyber-attacks on information resources of the Russian Federation” approved by the President of the Russian Federation on December 12, 2014, No K 1274.

The urgent task of the organization of confidential calculations in crucial objects of informatization on the basis of domestic TPM technologies (Trusted Platform Module) is considered. The corresponding recommendations and architectural concepts of the special hardware TPM module (Trusted Platform Module) which is built in a computing platform are proposed and realize a so-called ``root of trust''. As a result it gave the organization the confidential calculations on the basis of domestic electronic base.
