Wang, Tongwen, Ma, Jinhui, Shen, Xincun, Zhang, Hong.  2022.  Security Access Assurance Related Technologies Survey. 2022 European Conference on Communication Systems (ECCS). :16—22.
The security and reliability of power grid dispatching system is the basis of the stable development of the whole social economy. With the development of information, computer science and technology, communication technology, and network technology, using more advanced intelligent technology to improve the performance of security and reliability of power grid dispatching system has important research value and practical significance. In order to provide valuable references for relevant researchers and for the construction of future power system related applications. This paper summarizes the latest technical status of attribute encryption and hierarchical identity encryption methods, and introduces the access control method based on attribute and hierarchical identity encryption, the construction method of attribute encryption scheme, revocable CP-ABE scheme and its application in power grid data security access control. Combined with multi authorization center encryption, third-party trusted entity and optimized encryption algorithm, the parallel access control algorithm of hierarchical identity and attribute encryption and its application in power grid data security access control are introduced.

This paper studies the technology of generating DDPG (deep deterministic policy gradient) by using the deep dual network and experience pool network structure, and puts forward the sampling strategy gradient algorithm to randomly select actions according to the learned strategies (action distribution) in the continuous action space, based on the dispatching control system of the power dispatching control center of a super city power grid, According to the actual characteristics and operation needs of urban power grid, The developed refined artificial intelligence on-line security analysis and emergency response plan intelligent generation function realize the emergency response auxiliary decision-making intelligent generation function. According to the hidden danger of overload and overload found in the online safety analysis, the relevant load lines of the equipment are searched automatically. Through the topology automatic analysis, the load transfer mode is searched to eliminate or reduce the overload or overload of the equipment. For a variety of load transfer modes, the evaluation index of the scheme is established, and the optimal load transfer mode is intelligently selected. Based on the D5000 system of Metropolitan power grid, a multi-objective and multi resource coordinated security risk decision-making assistant system is implemented, which provides integrated security early warning and decision support for the main network and distribution network of city power grid. The intelligent level of power grid dispatching management and dispatching operation is improved. The state reality network can analyze the joint state observations from the action reality network, and the state estimation network uses the actor action as the input. In the continuous action space task, DDPG is better than dqn and its convergence speed is faster.

The current network security situation of the electric power dispatching and control system is becoming more and more severe. On the basis of the original network security management platform, to increase the collection of network security data information and improve the network security analysis ability, this article proposes the electric power dispatching and control system network security situation awareness analysis module. The perception layer accesses multi-source heterogeneous data sources. Upwards through the top layer, data standardization will be introduced, who realizes data support for security situation analysis, and forms an association mapping with situation awareness elements such as health situation, attack situation, behavior situation, and operation situation. The overall effect is achieving the construction goals of "full control of equipment status, source of security attacks can be traced, operational risks are identifiable, and abnormal behaviors can be found.".

Wang, Bo, Wang, Xunting.  2018.  Vulnerability Assessment Method for Cyber Physical Power System Considering Node Heterogeneity. 2018 IEEE Innovative Smart Grid Technologies - Asia (ISGT Asia). :1109-1113.
In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods neglecting node difference, a vulnerability assessment method considering node heterogeneity for cyber physical power system (CPPS) is proposed. Based on the entropy of the power flow and complex network theory, we establish heterogeneity evaluation index system for CPPS, which considers the survivability of island survivability and short-term operation of the communication network. For mustration, hierarchical CPPS model and distributed CPPS model are established respectively based on partitioning characteristic and different relationships of power grid and communication network. Simulation results show that distributed system is more robust than hierarchical system of different weighting factor whether under random attack or deliberate attack and a hierarchical system is more sensitive to the weighting factor. The proposed method has a better recognition effect on the equilibrium of the network structure and can assess the vulnerability of CPPS more accurately.

Rashidi, B., Fung, C., Rahman, M..  2018.  A scalable and flexible DDoS mitigation system using network function virtualization. NOMS 2018 - 2018 IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium. :1–6.
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks remain one of the top threats to enterprise networks and ISPs nowadays. It can cause tremendous damage by bringing down online websites or services. Existing DDoS defense solutions either brings high cost such as upgrading existing firewall or IPS, or bring excessive traffic delay by using third-party cloud-based DDoS filtering services. In this work, we propose a DDoS defense framework that utilizes Network Function Virtualization (NFV) architecture to provide low cost and highly flexible solutions for enterprises. In particular, the system uses virtual network agents to perform attack traffic filtering before they are forwarded to the target server. Agents are created on demand to verify the authenticity of the source of packets, and drop spoofed packets in order protect the target server. Furthermore, we design a scalable and flexible dispatcher to forward packets to corresponding agents for processing. A bucket-based forwarding mechanism is used to improve the scalability of the dispatcher through batching forwarding. The dispatcher can also adapt to agent addition and removal. Our simulation results demonstrate that the dispatcher can effectively serve a large volume of traffic with low dropping rate. The system can successfully mitigate SYN flood attack by introducing minimal performance degradation to legitimate traffic.
