Robots operating alongside humans in field environments have the potential to greatly increase the situational awareness of their human teammates. A significant challenge, however, is the efficient conveyance of what the robot perceives to the human in order to achieve improved situational awareness. We believe augmented reality (AR), which allows a human to simultaneously perceive the real world and digital information situated virtually in the real world, has the potential to address this issue. Motivated by the emerging prevalence of practical human-wearable AR devices, we present a system that enables a robot to perform cooperative search with a human teammate, where the robot can both share search results and assist the human teammate in navigation to the search target. We demonstrate this ability in a search task in an uninstrumented environment where the robot identifies and localizes targets and provides navigation direction via AR to bring the human to the correct target.

Control systems for critical infrastructure are becoming increasingly interconnected while cyber threats against critical infrastructure are becoming more sophisticated and difficult to defend against. Historically, cyber security has emphasized building defenses to prevent loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability in digital information and systems, but in recent years cyber attacks have demonstrated that no system is impenetrable and that control system operation may be detrimentally impacted. Cyber resilience has emerged as a complementary priority that seeks to ensure that digital systems can maintain essential performance levels, even while capabilities are degraded by a cyber attack. This paper examines how cyber security and cyber resilience may be measured and quantified in a control system environment. Load Frequency Control is used as an illustrative example to demonstrate how cyber attacks may be represented within mathematical models of control systems, to demonstrate how these events may be quantitatively measured in terms of cyber security or cyber resilience, and the differences and similarities between the two mindsets. These results demonstrate how various metrics are applied, the extent of their usability, and how it is important to analyze cyber-physical systems in a comprehensive manner that accounts for all the various parts of the system.

The RFID technology is now widely used and combined with everyday life. RFID Tag is a wireless device used to identify individuals and objects, in fact, it is a combination of the chip and antenna that sends the necessary information to an RFID Reader. On the other hand, an RFID Reader converts received radio waves into digital information and then provides facilities such as sending data to the computer and processing them. Radio frequency identification is a comprehensive processing technology that has led to a revolution in industry and medicine as an alternative to commercial barcodes. RFID Tag is used to tracking commodities and personal assets in the chain stores and even the human body and medical science. However, security and privacy problems have not yet been solved satisfactorily. There are many technical and economic challenges in this direction. In this paper, some of the latest technical research on privacy and security problems has been investigated in radio-frequency identification and security bit method, and it has been shown that in order to achieve this level of individual security, multiple technologies of RFID security development should combine with each other. These solutions should be cheap, efficient, reliable, flexible and long-term.
