Tang, C., Fu, X., Tang, P..  2020.  Policy-Based Network Access and Behavior Control Management. 2020 IEEE 20th International Conference on Communication Technology (ICCT). :1102—1106.

Aiming at the requirements of network access control, illegal outreach control, identity authentication, security monitoring and application system access control of information network, an integrated network access and behavior control model based on security policy is established. In this model, the network access and behavior management control process is implemented through abstract policy configuration, network device and application server, so that management has device-independent abstraction, and management simplification, flexibility and automation are improved. On this basis, a general framework of policy-based access and behavior management control is established. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the method of device connection, data drive and fusion based on policy-based network access and behavior management control.

In this paper, according to the electricity business process including collecting and transmitting power information and sending control instructions, a coupling model of control-communication flow is built which is composed of three main matrices: control-communication, communication-communication, communication-control incidence matrices. Furthermore, the effective path change between two communication nodes is analyzed and a calculation method of connectivity probability for information network is proposed when considering a breakdown in communication links. Then, based on Bayesian conditional probability theory, the effect of the communication interruption on the energy Internet is analyzed and the metric matrix of controllability is given under communication congestion. Several cases are given in the final of paper to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method for calculating controllability matrix by considering different link interruption scenarios. This probability index can be regarded as a quantitative measure of the controllability of the power service based on the communication transmission instructions, which can be used in the power business decision-making in order to improve the control reliability of the energy Internet.

Su, Chunmei, Li, Yonggang, Mao, Wen, Hu, Shangcheng.  2018.  Information Network Risk Assessment Based on AHP and Neural Network. 2018 10th International Conference on Communication Software and Networks (ICCSN). :227—231.
This paper analyzes information network security risk assessment methods and models. Firstly an improved AHP method is proposed to assign the value of assets for solving the problem of risk judgment matrix consistency effectively. And then the neural network technology is proposed to construct the neural network model corresponding to the risk judgment matrix for evaluating the individual risk of assets objectively, the methods for calculating the asset risk value and system risk value are given. Finally some application results are given. Practice proves that the methods are correct and effective, which has been used in information network security risk assessment application and offers a good foundation for the implementation of the automatic assessment.

Pan, Huan, Lian, Honghui, Na, Chunning.  2019.  Vulnerability Analysis of Smart Grid under Community Attack Style. IECON 2019 - 45th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society. 1:5971—5976.
The smart grid consists of two parts, one is the physical power grid, the other is the information network. In order to study the cascading failure, the vulnerability analysis of the smart grid is done under a kind of community attack style in this paper. Two types of information networks are considered, i.e. topology consistency and scale-free cyber networks, respectively. The concept of control center is presented and the controllable power nodes and observable power lines are defined. Minimum load reduction model(MLRM) is given and described as a linear programming problem. A index is introduced to assess the vulnerability. New England 39 nodes system is applied to simulate the cascading failure process to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed MLRM where community the attack methods include attack the power lines among and in power communities.

Zhou, Yejun, Qiu, Lede, Yu, Hang, Sun, Chunhui.  2018.  Study on Security Technology of Internet of Things Based on Network Coding. 2018 IEEE Third International Conference on Data Science in Cyberspace (DSC). :353–357.
Along with the continuous progress of the information technology, Internet of Things is the inevitable way for realizing the fusion of communication and traditional network technology. Network coding, an important breakthrough in the field of communication, has many applied advantages in information network. This article analyses the eavesdropping problem of Internet of Things and presents an information secure network coding scheme against the eavesdropping adversaries. We show that, if the number of links the adversaries can eavesdrop on is less than the max-flow of a network, the proposed coding scheme not only `achieves the prefect information secure condition but also the max-flow of the network.

Okathe, T., Heydari, S.S., Sood, V., El-khatib, K..  2014.  Unified multi-critical infrastructure communication architecture. Communications (QBSC), 2014 27th Biennial Symposium on. :178-183.

Recent events have brought to light the increasingly intertwined nature of modern infrastructures. As a result much effort is being put towards protecting these vital infrastructures without which modern society suffers dire consequences. These infrastructures, due to their intricate nature, behave in complex ways. Improving their resilience and understanding their behavior requires a collaborative effort between the private sector that operates these infrastructures and the government sector that regulates them. This collaboration in the form of information sharing requires a new type of information network whose goal is in two parts to enable infrastructure operators share status information among interdependent infrastructure nodes and also allow for the sharing of vital information concerning threats and other contingencies in the form of alerts. A communication model that meets these requirements while maintaining flexibility and scalability is presented in this paper.
