2018 International Conference on Intelligent Rail Transportation (IEEE ICIRT 2018)
Globally, many cities are rapidly developing and expanding their rail infrastructures, and Reliability and Resiliency are key challenges in urban rail transportation. To address these challenges, the theme for ICIRT 2018 is "Towards a Zero Downtime Rail Transportation". While zero downtime is not obtainable literally, it should not prelude us from striving to be so. ICIRT 2018 aims to provide a platform for all rail transportation engineers and researchers to share good design practices and R&D outcomes with the objective to work towards this goal.
