Note we have a full program which will conclude around 6:00pm on the final day of RTSS 2019 (Friday 6th Dec). Please plan your travel so that you can attend all of the conference.

The early registration deadline is 1st November 2019
The late registration deadline is 15th November 2019
Visa Applications
If you require a visa to travel to Hong Kong, then be aware that the application process can take some time. Invitation letters in support of visa applications should be requested from the local organisers, see: http://2019.rtss.org/travel/
Student Travel Support

Accomodation
Participants can benefit from a special discounted rate for rooms in the conference hotel. The special discount is applied to the rates available on the day that you book and is subject to the normal availability of rooms at the hotel.
