CALL FOR PAPERS

Workshop on Emerging Technologies for Security in IoT (ETSecIoT)

April 21, 2020 | Sydney, Australia | https://sites.google.com/view/etseciot20/home

Co-located with the CPS-IoT-Week

Aim and Scope

The recent proliferation of Internet of Things (IoT) networks has opened many exciting areas of research. Security, unfortunately, has came as an after thought of IoT deployments resulting in many known breaches and attacks on general Internet infrastructure using compromised IoT devices. It is thus imperative to consider security for the IoT systems that are constantly being integrated with our daily life. This workshop will primarily focus on application of emerging technologies such as Blockchain, AI & Machine Learning, Software Defined Networking (SDN) & Network Function Virtualization (NFV) etc in enhancing the security for IoT networks. A secondary focus is on existing security techniques that are suitable for adoption in the IoT environments.

This workshop aims to bring together researchers for sharing their theoretical and practical experiences in emerging and suitable contemporary technologies that enhance the security for the IoT networks.
