As of March 17, 2020, SAC 2020 Organizing Committee sent out an email about providing the online presentation and downloading the proceedings

As of March 13, 2020, SAC 2020 has been converted from a face-to-face conference to the online format, where authors are required to submit their video presentation on the website. In addition, a copy of SAC 2020 proceedings will be ready for download soon. Details will be posted at https://www.sigapp.org/sac/sac2020/ as soon as we setup the website for posting the proceedings and video presentations.
