Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS 2021) Annual Conference
WiCyS is the premier event to RECRUIT, RETAIN and ADVANCE women in cybersecurity. WiCyS brings together women in cybersecurity from academia, research, government, and industry. Beyond the annual conference, WiCyS is a community of ENGAGEMENT, ENCOURAGEMENT and SUPPORT for women in cybersecurity.
We have a limited capacity of attendees for WiCyS 2021 in Denver, CO on March 25-27, 2021. As always, we expect that 50% of the attendees will be students from High School, 2 and 4-year institutions at all levels of education, and 50% professionals at various levels of their careers.
- DEADLINE TO APPLY IS NOVEMBER 1 AT 12 PM CT.
- Acceptance notification is January 4, 2021.
STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP
Students MUST apply for WiCyS scholarships to attend the conference (there is no general WiCyS 2021 registration for students) and have to be a current WiCyS student member to apply.
All students must apply for registration assistance (includes reduced rate registration that includes all activities and meals). Students receiving the scholarship will pay a minimal $40 registration processing fee instead of the conference registration cost of $450. Optionally, students can request a lodging scholarship (two nights of complimentary shared lodging—March 25 and 26) and/or travel stipend ($500).

FACULTY GRANT
Faculty must be a WiCyS Student Chapter Advisor or a WiCyS faculty member that has not attended WiCyS in the past.
Faculty Members can apply for a discounted conference registration fee instead of the conference registration cost of $450, lodging (two nights of complimentary shared lodging - March 25 and 26) and/or a travel stipend ($500).

BLACK, INDIGENOUS, PEOPLE OF COLOR (BIPOC) FELLOWSHIP AWARD
For WiCyS members that identify as part of the BIPOC community.
Members of the BIPOC community can apply for a discounted conference registration fee instead of the conference registration cost of $450, lodging (two nights of complimentary shared lodging - March 25 and 26), a travel stipend ($500) and/or a WiCyS membership refund.

VETERAN FELLOWSHIP AWARD
For WiCyS members who are US Veterans.
