Special Session: Innovative group/collaborative decision making approaches/methods and technologies

We cordially invite you to submit a paper, and to participate in the Special Session: Innovative group/collaborative decision making approaches/methods and technologies to be held at Corfu Island, Greece, July 14-17, 2016.

Aim:

The special session will provide a common platform for discussion of challenging issues and potential techniques in the field group and collaborative decision making. It will also serve as a critical and essential forum for integrating various research challenges in this domain and promote collaboration among researchers from academia and industry to enhance the state-of-art and help define a clear path for future research in this emerging area. Most importantly, the special session will be a forum to discuss how to utilize advances from multiple disciplines for building collaborative decision support systems that can intelligently merge human knowledge and expertise with formal models to make better decisions.

  • Applications of Group/Collaborative Decision Support Systems

Publication:

All the papers are subject to thorough, strict peer review by committees' members or 2 or 3 additional reviewers.

The Journal "MATEC Web of Conferences" (ISSN 2261-236X) will publish the Conference Proceedings after peer review. This Journal is indexed in the following high-quality indexes: CPCI (Web of Science), Scopus, Google Scholar, CAS, Compendex, Inspec, DOAJ.

At least one of the authors will be required to register and attend the workshop to present the paper in order to include the paper in the conference proceedings.

The selective outstanding papers presented at the special session, after further revision, will be considered for publication in various high quality international journals.
