CALL FOR PAPERS
Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys) 2017
7-8 September 2017 | London, United Kingdom | http://saiconference.com/IntelliSys2017
Technically Co-Sponsored by IEEE
We'd like to invite you to submit your papers/posters/demo proposals for the Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys) 2017 to be held from 7-8 September 2017 in London, United Kingdom.
IntelliSys 2017 will focus in areas of intelligent systems and artificial intelligence and how it applies to the real world. It is an opportunity for researchers in this field to meet and discuss solutions, scientific results, and methods in solving intriguing problems in this field.
The conference programme will include paper presentations, poster sessions and project demonstrations, along with prominent keynote speakers and industrial workshops. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed in Scopus, IET Inspec and many more.
Conference Topics include but are not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Vision, Image/Video Processing, Machine Learning, Robotics, Smart Buildings and Cities, Internet of Things, Security, Biometrics and many more. List of conference tracks is available here.
Important Dates (Regular Submission):
- Paper/Poster/Demo Submission: 20 December 2016
- Acceptance Notification : 10 January 2017
- Author Registration : 01 February 2017
- Camera Ready Submission : 15 February 2017
- Conference Dates : 7-8 September 2017
Submission Process
Authors are kindly invited to submit their formatted full papers/posters including results, tables, figures and references.
All submissions will be blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to conference and readability. Please read complete submission and formatting guidelines before submitting your paper.
- Online Submission: Paper Submission can be completed online at www.SAIConference.com/IntelliSys2017/Submit
- Email Submission: If you are unable to submit your manuscript using Online System, you may submit with complete details via email to intellisys@saiconference.com
Guidelines
- .docx/.pdf/Latex PDF file formats are accepted
- Do not include author details, university or country information in the manuscript. This is a double blind peer review process. Author information should be supplied using the manuscript submission form online or in the cover letter for email submissions.
- Please ensure all articles are proofread and checked for accuracy prior to submission. Changes cannot be made during the review process. If accepted, revisions may be made prior to final submission.
- Authors should submit their papers in English of up to 10 double column pages, presenting the results of original research or innovative practical applications relevant to the conference.
- Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text. If preferred, you can also place images and tables at the end of your article. Please do not submit figures or tables as a separate document. Must be clear and easy to view.
- Papers must be formatted according to the template
Review Process
The review process will be double-blind. Therefore, please anonymize your submission. This means that all submissions must contain no information identifying the author(s) or their organization(s): Do not put the author(s) names or affiliation(s) at the start of the paper, anonymize citations to and mentions of your own prior work that are directly related to your present work, and do not include funding or other acknowledgments.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least three regular PC members or two senior PC members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation.
- Original: the paper explores a new idea, project or issue; discusses existing research with promise of new insight, discusses new research; or presents new ways of considering existing information
- Engaging: presentation format will involve the audience in some way, or has high potential to attract conference attendees by addressing needs of the community
- Significant: the paper raises and discusses issues important to improving the effectiveness and/or sustainability of open education efforts, and its contents can be broadly disseminated and understood
- Quality: claims are supported by sufficient data; claims draw upon relevant literature; and limitations are described honestly
- Relevant: the paper addresses one or more of the themes of the conference
Post Conference Publication and Indexing
All IntelliSys 2017 presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore, Scopus, Inspec, Google Scholar and more. The IEEE proceedings will be published under an ISBN number (and an IEEE Catalog number), under a nonexclusive copyright. Such copyright implies that Events' organizers can and, indeed, are strongly encouraged to invite extended and revised papers for post-conference publications. Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in the following:
- Springer Book Series - Studies in Computational Intelligence, Indexed by DBLP, Ulrichs, SCOPUS, MathSciNet, Current Mathematical Publications, Mathematical Reviews, Zentralblatt Math: MetaPress and Springerlink.
- International Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Applications(IJACSA), Indexed by Thomson Reuters, Web of Science, EBESCO, DOAJ, Inspec and many more
- International Journal of Advanced Research in Artificial Intelligence(IJARAI), Indexed by EBESCO, DOAJ, Inspec and many more
