As an very important place of HUNAN Province because of its abundant agricultural products, the Eastern Area's security in agricultural products supply chain was related to the safety and stability of economic development in the entire region. In order to make the more objective, scientific, practical of risk management in the empirical analysis, This item is based on the AHP-FCS method to deal with the qualitative to quantitative analysis about risk management of agricultural product supply chain, to identify and evaluate the probability and severity of all the risk possibility.
