Do we need to design a speed controller for the desired velocity for Task 3?

Many teams may have focused more on the signal processing aspects of the catvehicle tasks. If this is the case, you may be worried about how long it will take you to produce a solution to commanding the velocity.
Relax! If this isn't a priority for your team's solution, you can just have your task3.launch launchfile include the catvehicle_hoffmannfollower_node, and then you should be good to go! Make sure your world file that you start up with catvehicle_custom.launch is one in which the catvehicle can drive around.
