Zheng, L., Jiang, J., Pan, W., Liu, H..  2020.  High-Performance and Range-Supported Packet Classification Algorithm for Network Security Systems in SDN. 2020 IEEE International Conference on Communications Workshops (ICC Workshops). :1—6.
Packet classification is a key function in network security systems in SDN, which detect potential threats by matching the packet header bits and a given rule set. It needs to support multi-dimensional fields, large rule sets, and high throughput. Bit Vector-based packet classification methods can support multi-field matching and achieve a very high throughput, However, the range matching is still challenging. To address issue, this paper proposes a Range Supported Bit Vector (RSBV) algorithm for processing the range fields. RSBV uses specially designed codes to store the pre-computed results in memory, and the result of range matching is derived through pipelined Boolean operations. Through a two-dimensional modular architecture, the RSBV can operate at a high clock frequency and line-rate processing can be guaranteed. Experimental results show that for a 1K and 512-bit OpenFlow rule set, the RSBV can sustain a throughput of 520 Million Packets Per Second.

Zhang, J., Zheng, L., Gong, L., Gu, Z..  2018.  A Survey on Security of Cloud Environment: Threats, Solutions, and Innovation. 2018 IEEE Third International Conference on Data Science in Cyberspace (DSC). :910–916.

With the extensive application of cloud computing technology developing, security is of paramount importance in Cloud Computing. In the cloud computing environment, surveys have been provided on several intrusion detection techniques for detecting intrusions. We will summarize some literature surveys of various attack taxonomy, which might cause various threats in cloud environment. Such as attacks in virtual machines, attacks on virtual machine monitor, and attacks in tenant network. Besides, we review massive existing solutions proposed in the literature, such as misuse detection techniques, behavior analysis of network traffic, behavior analysis of programs, virtual machine introspection (VMI) techniques, etc. In addition, we have summarized some innovations in the field of cloud security, such as CloudVMI, data mining techniques, artificial intelligence, and block chain technology, etc. At the same time, our team designed and implemented the prototype system of CloudI (Cloud Introspection). CloudI has characteristics of high security, high performance, high expandability and multiple functions.

Shi, Y., Piao, C., Zheng, L..  2017.  Differential-Privacy-Based Correlation Analysis in Railway Freight Service Applications. 2017 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery (CyberC). :35–39.

With the development of modern logistics industry railway freight enterprises as the main traditional logistics enterprises, the service mode is facing many problems. In the era of big data, for railway freight enterprises, coordinated development and sharing of information resources have become the requirements of the times, while how to protect the privacy of citizens has become one of the focus issues of the public. To prevent the disclosure or abuse of the citizens' privacy information, the citizens' privacy needs to be preserved in the process of information opening and sharing. However, most of the existing privacy preserving models cannot to be used to resist attacks with continuously growing background knowledge. This paper presents the method of applying differential privacy to protect associated data, which can be shared in railway freight service association information. First, the original service data need to slice by optimal shard length, then differential method and apriori algorithm is used to add Laplace noise in the Candidate sets. Thus the citizen's privacy information can be protected even if the attacker gets strong background knowledge. Last, sharing associated data to railway information resource partners. The steps and usefulness of the discussed privacy preservation method is illustrated by an example.

In this paper, a mutual authentication protocol based on ECC is designed for RFID systems. This protocol is described in detail and the performance of this protocol is analyzed. The results show that the protocol has many advantages, such as mutual authentication, confidentiality, anonymity, availability, forward security, scalability and so on, which can resist camouflage attacks, tracking attacks, denial of service attacks, system internal attack.
