It is proposed to address existing methodological issues in the educational process with the development of intellectual technologies and knowledge representation systems to improve the efficiency of higher education institutions. For this purpose, the structure of relational database is proposed, it will store the information about defended dissertations in the form of a set of attributes (heuristics), representing the mandatory qualification attributes of theses. An inference algorithm is proposed to process the information. This algorithm represents an artificial intelligence, its work is aimed at generating queries based on the applicant preferences. The result of the algorithm's work will be a set of choices, presented in ranked order. Given technologies will allow applicants to quickly become familiar with known scientific results and serve as a starting point for new research. The demand for co-researcher practice in solving the problem of updating the projective thinking methodology and managing the scientific research process has been justified. This article pays attention to the existing parallels between the concepts of technical and human sciences in the framework of their convergence. The concepts of being (economic good and economic utility) and the concepts of consciousness (humanitarian economic good and humanitarian economic utility) are used to form projective thinking. They form direct and inverse correspondences of technology and humanitarian practice in the techno-humanitarian mathematical space. It is proposed to place processed information from the language of context-free formal grammar dissertation abstracts in this space. The principle of data manipulation based on formal languages with context-free grammar allows to create new structures of subject areas in terms of applicants' preferences. It is believed that the success of applicants’ work depends directly on the cognitive training of applicants, which needs to be practiced psychologically. This practice is based on deepening the objectivity and adequacy qualities of obtaining information on the basis of heuristic methods. It requires increased attention and development of intelligence. The paper studies the use of heuristic methods by applicants to find new research directions leads to several promising results. These results can be perceived as potential options in future research. This contributes to an increase in the level of retention of higher education professionals.

Meijaard, Yoram, Meiler, Peter-Paul, Allodi, Luca.  2021.  Modelling Disruptive APTs targeting Critical Infrastructure using Military Theory. 2021 IEEE European Symposium on Security and Privacy Workshops (EuroS PW). :178–190.
Disruptive Advanced Persistent Threats (D-APTs) are a new sophisticated class of cyberattacks targeting critical infrastructures. Whereas regular APTs are well-described in the literature, no existing APT kill chain model incorporates the disruptive actions of D-APTs and can be used to represent DAPTs in data. To this aim, the contribution of this paper is twofold: first, we review the evolution of existing APT kill chain models. Second, we present a novel D-APT model based on existing ATP models and military theory. The model describes the strategic objective setting, the operational kill chain and the tactics of the attacker, as well as the defender’s critical infrastructure, processes and societal function.

Zeng, H., Wang, B., Deng, W., Gao, X..  2017.  CENTRA: CENtrally Trusted Routing vAlidation for IGP. 2017 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery (CyberC). :21–24.

Trusted routing is a hot spot in network security. Lots of efforts have been made on trusted routing validation for Interior Gateway Protocols (IGP), e.g., using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to enhance the security of protocols, or routing monitoring systems. However, the former is limited by further deployment in the practical Internet, the latter depends on a complete, accurate, and fresh knowledge base-this is still a big challenge (Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are not willing to leak their routing policies). In this paper, inspired by the idea of centrally controlling in Software Defined Network (SDN), we propose a CENtrally Trusted Routing vAlidation framework, named CENTRA, which can automated collect routing information, centrally detect anomaly and deliver secure routing policy. We implement the proposed framework using NETCONF as the communication protocol and YANG as the data model. The experimental results reveal that CENTRA can detect and block anomalous routing in real time. Comparing to existing secure routing mechanism, CENTRA improves the detection efficiency and real-time significantly.

Thangaraj, Muthuraman, Ponmalar, Pichaiah Punitha, Sujatha, G, Anuradha, Subramanian.  2016.  Agent Based Semantic Internet of Things (IoT) in Smart Health Care. Proceedings of the The 11th International Knowledge Management in Organizations Conference on The Changing Face of Knowledge Management Impacting Society. :41:1–41:9.

Internet of Things (IoT) is to connect objects of different application fields, functionality and technology. These objects are entirely addressable and use standard communication protocol. Intelligent agents are used to integrate Internet of Things with heterogeneous low-power embedded resource-constrained networked devices. This paper discusses with the implemented real world scenario of smart autonomous patient management with the assistance of semantic technology in IoT. It uses the Smart Semantic framework using domain ontologies to encapsulate the processed information from sensor networks. This embedded Agent based Semantic Internet of Things in healthcare (ASIOTH) system is having semantic logic and semantic value based Information to make the system as smart and intelligent. This paper aims at explaining in detail the technology drivers behind the IoT and health care with the information on data modeling, data mapping of existing IoT data into different other associated system data, workflow or the process flow behind the technical operations of the remote device coordination, the architecture of network, middleware, databases, application services. The challenges and the associated solution in this field are discussed with the use case.
