8th USENIX Security Symposium

The 8th USENIX Security Symposium was held on August 23-26, 1999 in Washington, DC. The USENIX Security Symposium brought together researchers, practitioners, system administrators, system programmers, and others interested in the latest advances in the security of computer systems and networks.
