Registration Expected for Each Paper
Submitting authors commit to registering for the conference upon acceptance of their paper. At least one author of each paper must register for the conference prior to acceptance of the final, Camera-Ready Copy. Authors are reminded that student registration fees are significantly lower than full registration fees, so at most one paper may be uploaded for a student registrant. Since registration fees for full papers are amortized across authors, at most three papers may be uploaded for a full registrant. Additional papers may be uploaded for a fee.

No Show Policy
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers excluded from further distribution will be archived at IEEE but will not be indexed or appear in IEEE Xplore.
One-day Tutorial Registration Details
All full conference registrants will be able to participate in Wednesday tutorials at no cost. However, the one-day registration is not available to tutorial speakers or conference attendees on the first two days, as it is not sufficient to support the conference expenses, publication, and sponsorship costs through IEEE. This reduced price for participation on Wednesday is intended to permit participation by the broader tech community in the Phoenix area.
Career Workshop Registration
A career workshop intended for students and recent graduates will be held on Sunday, the night before the conference begins, and includes dinner. Conference registrants may participate in this workshop for an additional $50. To attend only this workshop, register using "Career Workshop Only" in the RegOnline process. You may revise your existing registration in order to add and pay for just this workshop.
