The HPE Security Engineering group is opening a postdoctoral - or research engineer - position in its Security research team; please find below the description.

• Expected started date: flexible, between now and spring 2021.
• Duration: 36 months.
• Location: Bristol, UK.

Description
We are expanding our team working on a H2020 European research project -called PALANTIR (https://www.palantir-project.eu/) - that proposes an innovative architecture to provide a multi-layered, infrastructure-wide threat monitoring, cyber-resiliency and knowledge sharing in a heterogeneous ecosystem. PALANTIR virtualise network security functions and couple them with big-data analytic for enabling new threats and attacks detection algorithms. The underlying infrastructure - and the containerized applications - are secured using Trusted Computing mechanisms and protocols, which this will be the focus of this position.
