AbstractCompletely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) is a type of automatic program to determine whether the user is human or not. The most common type of CAPTCHA is a kind of message interpretation by twisting the letters and adding slight noises in the background, plays a role of verification code. In this paper, we will introduce the basis of Convolutional Neural Network first. Then based on the handwritten digit recognition using CNN, we will develop a network for CAPTCHA image recognition.
