Postdoctoral Scholar in Online Learning and Control of CPS at University of California, Santa Cruz

We have an opening for Postdoctoral Scholar position at the Dept. of Applied Mathematics in University of California, Santa Cruz, in the area of online learning and control of cyber-physical systems.

The Postdoctoral Scholar will pursue collaborative research publications, and will help mentor graduate students. Applicants with the following qualifications or areas of expertise are strongly encouraged to apply: experience in working at the intersection of learning and control; research experience in multi-armed bandits or other online learning problems; expertise in stochastic control and optimization.

The position is available soon as possible after initial review of the applications. Ph.D. must be in hand at time of the initial appointment.
