Downloading a virtual machine ready to go

Download link for Ubuntu VM with ROS pre-installed on it and MATLAB packages ready to install. Note: This VM does not have the simulator installed, but does have most (or all) of the required ROS packages, as well as ROS installed.

  1. Make sure you have minimum of 60 GB of the space on your system, and you have a VMWare player installed.
  2. Download the VM from either:
    1. https://goo.gl/oTsWNU
    2. http://bracton.ece.arizona.edu:8443/UbuntuROS.zip (user: catvehicle, pass: Ec14Wild)
  3. Once you complete the download, unzip to the desired directory.
  4. Open the VMDisk you just unzipped from VMWare workstation by navigating to appropriate path.
