The 14th ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security was held in Alexandria, Virginia from October 29 to November 2, 2007. The annual ACM Computer and Communications Security Conference is a leading international forum for information security researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore cutting-edge ideas and results, and to exchange techniques, tools, and experiences.

ESORICS 2007 takes place at Hotel Elbflorenz in Dresden.

ESORICS will be accompanied by three workshops:

• First International Workshop on Run Time Enforcement for Mobile and Distributed Systems (REM2007)
• 3rd International Workshop on Security and Trust Management (STM 07)
• SPEED workshop

Crypto 2007 was the twenty-seventh in a series of workshops on cryptology held in Santa Barbara, California on August 19-23, 2007 and was sponsored by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR), in cooperation with the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Security and Privacy, and the Computer Science Department of the University of California, Santa Barbara. The program for the workshop covered all aspects of cryptology.

The third Symposium on Usable Privacy and Security (SOUPS) was held July 18-20, 2007 at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. This symposium brought together an interdisciplinary group of researchers and practitioners in human computer interaction, security, and privacy. The program featured technical papers, workshops and tutorials, a poster session, panels and invited talks, and discussion sessions.

The PET workshop will be held in room B0138 of the SITE building at the University of Ottawa. The SITE Building is on the corner of King Edward Ave. and Mann Ave. (see the bottom of this map).

The 7th workshop on privacy enhancing technologies will bring together anonymity and privacy experts from around the world to discuss recent advances and new perspectives in privacy for the Internet and other communication networks.

EUROCRYPT 2007, the 24th Annual EUROCRYPT conference on the theory and applications of cryptologic techniques, was organized by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR). The conference was held on May 20 - May 24, 2007, in Barcelona, Spain.

The Network & Distributed System Security Symposium 2007 was held on February 28 through March 2, 2007 at the Catamaran Resort Hotel in San Diego, California.

ACSAC brings together cutting-edge researchers, with a broad cross-section of security professionals drawn from academia, industry, and government, gathered to present and discuss the latest security results and topics. With peer reviewed technical papers, invited talks, panels, national interest discussions, workshops, and professional development and training courses, ACSAC continues its core mission of investigating practical solutions for computer security technology.

This year's ACSAC will be held at the Miami Beach Resort & Spa in Miami Beach, Florida.

The Asiacrypt Conferences are series of annual International Conference on Theory and Application of Cryptology and Information Security. The conference is sponsored by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR), in cooperation with the State Key Labs. of Information Security, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SKLOIS), Lab for Cryptography and Information Security, Shanghai Jiaotong University (CIS/SJTU) and Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).

The 2006 Internet Measurement Conference is a two and a half day event focusing on Internet measurement and analysis, following on the successes of five previous Internet Measurement Workshops and Conferences.

The conference will be held in the Marina Palace Hotel located on Leblon Beach in Leblon, one of the most traditional and charming parts of Rio. The beautiful Ipanema and Copacabana beaches are also nearby.

ESORICS 2006 takes place in the main building of the University of Hamburg, "Edmund Siemers Allee 1", in the very centre of Hamburg.

ESORICS is hosted by the Department for "Security in Distributed Systems" at the University of Hamburg and the Department for "Security in Distributed Applications" at Hamburg University of Technology.

The 15th USENIX Security Symposium was held on July 31 - August 4, 2006 in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. The USENIX Security Symposium brought together researchers, practitioners, system administrators, system programmers, and others interested in the latest advances in the security of computer systems and networks.
