Abstract | A novel optical fiber sensing network is proposed to eliminate the effect of multiple fiber failures. Simulation results show that if the number of breakpoint in each subnet is less than four, the optical routing paths can be reset to avoid those breakpoints by changing the status of optical switches in the remote nodes. |
